When will my plan be activated after purchase?
Once you have purchased either a Live 360° or a Live T&D course, The Marrow QBank and test gets activated instantly and DBMCI One - Live classes shall be activated within 1-2 working days.
Will I get access to pre-recorded main videos for all 19 subjects with the Live 360° plan?
No, only Essential plan users can access the pre-recorded main videos. Live 360° users will get access to live recorded sessions for all 19 subjects.
Can I access recorded Revision videos with the Live 360° plan?
No, only Essential plan users can access recorded Revision videos. Live 360° & T&D users get access to Live T&D and OneShot sessions.
Where can I find the schedule for live classes?
The schedule for Live classes is available on the DBMCI One app.
Can I access digital notes with the Live 360° & T&D plans?
Yes! You can access Digital Workbooks (If you’re a Live 360° user) and OneShot workbooks on the DBMCI One Notes app.
Can I access the Digital Workbooks after my plan expires?
Yes! You can continue accessing your Digital Workbooks (same version) even after your plan expires. All your annotations will remain with you. However, once the plan expires you will not be able to download any new versions of workbooks.
Where can I access the tests for Live 360° sessions?
You can access the tests through Marrow Custom Module. Clicking on the test in DBMCI One will redirect you to the Marrow app.
Where can I ask my doubts during Live sessions?
You can ask your doubts in the built-in chatbox while attending the live classes.
Can I watch live classes on one device and access digital notes on another simultaneously?
Yes! Since DBMCI One (live classes) and DBMCI One Notes (digital notes) are separate apps, you can use them on two devices at the same time.
